Hey! Voltron here, this time bringing you VAMPIRE HUNTER D. Now hardcore Anime fans will be saying, VAMPIRE HUNTER D, that's not buried or overlooked! Well, if you said that, you'd be wrong. You'd be surprised on how many people don't watch Anime and I pity them.

They don't know what they're missing, VAMPIRE HUNTER D for example. It's the distant future and a rift has allowed monsters and demons to roam free, the world has returned to a simpler time, a time without fear. Except the fear of Vampires and other monsters that go bump in the night. The story surrounds a young girl who hires a Vampire Hunter named D to protect her from the power vampire named Count Lee who is out to make Doris his new bride.

D has his world cut out for him, for D is a Master Vampire that is 10,000 years old and controls an army of monsters. But with his talking hand side-kick, he just might save the day.

Now I know what else your thinking, people not familur with Anime is saying "NUDITY, LANGUAGE! This is a cartoon. Unlike our backwards country the Japanese learned a long time ago that Animation isn't just for kids, adults like adult animation as well and it's not just for kids. Then again the stuff for kids some Americans wouldn't consider for kids.

We treat out children like objects in this country, blocking the truth from them, death and the naked human body is a part of life. Yet we shield these basic facts of life from them in the name of "protecting them." Here's a news flash, the kids in Gang land knows all about death, too well and acting like it doesn't exist only makes it worse. They should explain death at a young age, that when you die that's it, your spirit leaves the body and can never return.

As for nudity. Unless you blindfold them when they take a shower then they see nudity. Sex, I can see they're point, even in Japan the sex anime is for adults and older teenagers. But death and nudity are the basic facts of life all children should learn at a young age, eight or nine. I know my opinion wouldn't be popular in this country, but it's the truth and the day we become more like Japan will be the day Gangs violence will drop, accidently shootings will stop. Because they will learn the true meaning of Death, that is ain't no game and no fun to die. That's my two cents on this subject. You don't like it or think I'm some kind of sicko, then you can kiss my Royal A**! Anyway, check out VAMPIRE HUNTER D, you won't regret it.
